Charming home, bright great room, a little dated, cute Yard, great views, great location and street with nice big home being developed next-door, which is a plus! I thought it was adorable, hope it sell quick!

Way too much money and the house looks very sad. Need to get staged furniture in, would suggest a complete repaint in a nice creamy white color,.There is no ambiance as it is. Suggest price improvement to $2, 750,000.

Very nice house. Views are amazing.
Seems slightly overpriced. Sales price $2,900,000
Some deferred maintenance. Light bulbs burnt out, missing faucet handles in bathroom, etc.

List price should be just below $3M. Sale price will be close to that. Some finishes like flooring would be updated by new buyer. Quality build though.

As an affiliate I won’t comment on price but I thought the house showed well. It has a great open layout and high end finishes that are beautifully done. I was a little confused visually about the children’s area in the master bedroom But with COVID still going on I think viewers will understand that at home set up. The realtor might want to mention that it would make a great seating area for coffee in the morning or something like that. Overall lovely home.
