Beautiful exterior, so charming inside and out. Felt warm and cozy and romantic :) Great floor plan, seemed a tiny dark inside but probably because of the weather. Beautiful yard, obviously lacking a pool but probably a plus for many. Love the guest house. Thank you for the snacks from Grand Canyon title!

Home is immaculately maintained with some beautiful architectural elements. The challenge is the style of the home is a little dated and the power lines which limits the buyer profile. Estimated Sales price $2.8M.
