Stephanie’s 39-year real estate career has encompassed all aspects of the industry, including 15 years managing an escrow/title branch, 10 years as a loan consultant, and as a real estate agent representing both buyers and sellers. She has always focused on the specific needs of her clients and has used her extensive experience to ensure that each transaction is as smooth and trouble-free as possible. She is intimately familiar with all aspects of real estate transactions, from the initial property valuation to the intricacies of contract languages of loan and title documents. Because of this experience, she prides herself on being able to anticipate and identify potential problems before they become real ones, thus making the entire process as easy as possible for both buyers and sellers.
