Original… Have been selling Luxury Real Estate in the valley for 37 years…so, “Seasoned Realtor”.
Have ridden through every market up and down since 1980. Up market is way more fun but down market has its attractive parts though not very glamorous. I LOVE real estate! I am also an artist. That part came to the forefront in the last crash. I am an life long artist and that leads right into the skills of real estate. One has to see way past what seems to be on surface in properties (imagination) and personalities that seem to go with them! (imagination again…see the clients as the royalty they are even when it does not feel like it. That is where the check comes from).
I believe in phone calls! Yes, texts are super, but, sometimes, I just feel the need to TALK to the person I am dealing with…listing or buyer’s agent….One spoken word can tell me reams about who I am working with and help me connect with them. And, inform me of how we are going to roll along.
There is so much information that comes out in conversation that is valuable in any transaction…Little things that can help me steer in a positive direction. So, when you receive a phone call from me…I am just trying to connect and make it all come out right!
