Mary has been selling real estate for 25+ years, with 1,600+ transactions closed, totaling over $525 million in sales. She specializes in single-family homes, condominiums, and new construction development. Her strengths in determination of value and negotiating strategy instill client confidence and ease the surrounding process. Mary focuses on achieving the best possible outcome for her clients while maintaining an understanding of the emotional and financial demands of each transaction.

Mary has built a loyal clientele by demonstrating exceptional market knowledge, outstanding customer service, together with the utmost integrity. Mary prides herself on her client-centric philosophy which requires continual honing of skills and adaptive ways of doing business. She stays ahead of the curve on market inventory and employs the most current technologies and systems to identify and close on prime opportunities while negotiating the best possible results.

Mary holds two brokers licenses: Arizona since 2005, and Illinois since 1986.

Mary is married and currently has one Irish Jack Russell Terrier, “Finn”. She and her husband, Randall, have designed and built many new construction homes. Mary is a supporter of many programs bringing food and art programs to children in need. She is also a supporter of Curt’s Café, a program designed to work with at risk youth. She has supported and worked with many organizations that encourage racial equality in our world. She also supports programs that help our seniors age in place with grace and dignity.
