About Me

Manjanique Alexander brings 10+ years of real estate experience and a passion for helping her clients find their dream home, invest, and build wealth. For her, every day is an opportunity to evolve with the industry, glean from her fellow agents and make new connections. Relatable, patient, and kind, she is a lifelong resource and knowledgeable guide for her clients. Her goal is to help her clients meet their short and long-term real estate goals.

Manjanique grew up in gorgeous Salt Lake City and studied communications at The University of Utah. While supporting her husband through his 15-year NFL career, she moved to four different cities, owning and renting a total of ten homes and experiencing uprooting her family and settling into a new community firsthand. She strives to provide her clients with a seamless transition based on her own lived experiences, connecting them with the resources they need to thrive. Her travels have provided her with a diverse network of relationships and the ability to easily connect with new people quickly and authentically.

When she’s not serving her clients, Manjanique is a busy mom, volunteers with her local church and PTO, and works with her husband to serve the community through their non-profit, the Lorenzo Alexander ACES Foundation, which supports youth by emphasizing self-accountability, taking pride in our community, striving for educational excellence, and promoting a healthy mind and body through sports. “Pay it forward” is a way of life for her and her family. She enjoys hosting karaoke night, dance class, trying new recipes with her kids, scrapbooking, her nightly bubble baths and reading.
