About Me

Hi, I’m Joel. I originally got my real estate license in 1999 in Washington State, where I worked as a Realtor. In 2005, I started in Residential Land Development working on and developing numerous projects and creating beautiful homesites for local and national builders.

In 2010 I opened my own real estate brokerage and ran a successful brokerage in Washington and Oregon before transitioning to Arizona and earning my Associate Broker’s license here. I continue to hold a managing broker license in Washington and Oregon and have strong roots in all three states.

I love making sure my clients are 100% guided, supported, represented and advocated for throughout the process of their purchase or sale. Being a transplant from the NW, I have a passion for clients relocating to the area, as well as those looking for vacation homes.
