A resident of Arizona since 1997, Jennifer transitioned from an award-winning career in journalism and public relations into the interior design business; working closely with custom home builders in the Arcadia, Scottsdale and PV areas to design efficient, beautiful spaces.
Her understanding of a home’s location, how it’s constructed and the selection of finishes is essential to pinpointing the competitive positioning of a property. She has a solid commitment to being an advocate for her clients when it comes to deriving value from real estate. Where others see “a house,” Jennifer sees potential: She does her level best to weigh opportunities and works tirelessly to match each client with the right opportunity.
A graduate of Northern Arizona University, Jennifer spent a decade as a news anchor in Flagstaff and Phoenix, reporting on stories that highlighted problems in need of solutions – including live reporting from the frontlines of California and Arizona wildfires, and spending 10 days detailing Extreme Makeover: Home Edition building a new house for a Navajo family living in poverty. If TV news sounds like something far removed from a career as a Realtor®, Jennifer would politely disagree. She sees the real estate process as merely a different form of problem-solving; one that entails listening to her clients, helping them express their needs and wants, and tenaciously hunting down the home or transaction that best delivers a solution.
Away from the office, Jennifer is an avid runner, stand-up paddle boarder, a lover of CrossFit and photography. When she’s not showing a home or holding an open house, she can be found hiking Trail 100 to Two Bit Peak, meeting friends for appetizers and wine at one of the area’s many restaurants, prowling the MLS listings for fun, or heading “up the hill” to enjoy the beauty of Flagstaff with her intrepid Pomeranian/poodle, Panya.
