Dean Benigno has been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona since 1986 having successfully sold and closed well over half a billion dollars in Arizona residential real estate. Dean has specialized in the Northeast area of the Valley Of The Sun selling all types of properties including luxury homes, semi-custom homes, condos, town homes, patio homes, fixer uppers, short sales, bank repos, custom home sites, raw land/acreage and both seasonal and long term home rentals.

A leader in his field during the past two decades, Dean has been actively involved in his local real estate association since the early nineties previously holding the position of Advisor/Past Director (4 years total) of Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS (SAAR) Pinnacle Peak LUXURY HOME TOUR. the best forum for promoting the sale of luxury real estate in the North Scottsdale real estate marketplace. Dean was previously Co-Chairman (2 Years) of Realty Executives Premier Marketing Group, a cohesive group of Realty Executives top real estate sales specialists who market and network together on a regular basis to promote listings and buyer needs.

Dean’s credentials include being a 3-time recipient of Realty Executives International “Top 100 Agent Worldwide”​ receiving Realty Executives Double Diamond & Diamond awards for many years. Dean has also been recognized by The Phoenix Business Journal on their TOP 20 Real Estate Agent List (based on sales dollar volume). Dean has been featured in various publications/media during his career. Dean also earned the Richard A. Rector “Community Service Award” for founding/coordinating the Phoenix Walk for Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) for 9 years & raising over $400,000 for this very worthy charity.
