Ciao! I’m Caren Peyton a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Biltmore-Paradise Valley office in Phoenix, Arizona.
My real estate career started off in Milan, Italy, where I was the owner and broker of my own real estate company. I handled a broad scope of real estate transactions for high-end commercial and residential properties and teamed with international corporations such as Coca Cola, Cannon and Gucci.
After ten successful years, I turned my attention to another passion of mine–good food. I opened a large, upscale restaurant that became critically acclaimed. The business knowledge I had gained during my time as a real estate broker was instrumental in making this business venture a success.
Prior to starting my real estate career, I was fortunate enough to travel the world as a top fashion model. Over the course of 14 years I worked in major cities throughout the U.S. and Europe and had to find housing each time. So I know firsthand what it’s like to be searching for that perfect place to call home.
Upon returning back to the U.S. to set down roots, I discovered the beauty of Arizona. I was drawn to its unique desert climate boasting 360 days of sunshine and the picturesque mountain views. I love the lifestyle here in the Valley of the Sun and enjoy sharing my knowledge of the area and all it has to offer with my clients.
