Spent over a decade running multiple subdivisions for Chicago developers and a large RE office before relocating to sunny AZ 18 years ago. About 1/3 of my sales are investor related transactions, with the remainder of my sales in Scottsdale, PV, FH, etc. 58, recently divorced with three beautiful daughters.
