About Me

Brian Guzman brings a strong background in real estate, design, and development to The Agency’s Scottsdale office. A seasoned professional in the residential resale marketplace, Brian joined The Agency team with more than $10 million in sales volume to his name. Brian navigates every transaction with enthusiasm, providing clients with in-depth knowledge of the local community as well as the latest trends and vital market data.

A son of developers, Brian grew up immersed in the world of real estate, constantly traveling around Phoenix and Latin America, visiting construction sites, hotels and marinas with his parents. As such, his transition into the industry was relatively seamless. “I honestly don’t feel like I decided to pursue real estate—it just happened naturally, which is why I believe I truly enjoy what I do,” says Brian, who also employs his passion for interior design to aid clients in updating and refining their homes to appeal to today’s buyers.

After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a double major in Political Science and Justice Studies, two minors and two certifications, Brian obtained his real estate license. He is currently a member of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® (SAAR) where he serves as an Advisory committee member of The Young Professionals Network (YPN) board.

“Real estate is such a noble profession—it elevates you as a professional while you serve your clients, business partners, and communities by creating awareness and sharing resources of value in real estate,” Brian says. He currently specializes in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Biltmore and Arcadia regions.

Fluent in Spanish and English (and elementary proficiency in French), Brian is actively involved with several philanthropic causes, including The Boys & Girls Club of The East Valley and Phoenix Children’s Hospital. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hiking, interior design, trying new restaurants and spending time with family and friends.
