The World Health Organization (the "WHO") has declared COVID-19/Coronavirus a global pandemic. COVID-19/Coronavirus can be contracted by human beings through many different methods of exposure, including, but not limited to, touching surfaces infected with the COVID-19/Coronavirus and/or through inhaling respiratory droplets infected with COVID-19/Coronavirus. The Center for Disease Control, along with State, County, and Local governing and regulatory bodies have established and/or enforced guidelines, prohibitions, and recommendations to prevent and/or slow the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus. Such guidelines, prohibitions, and recommendations have changed often in response to the change in rates of infection and number of cases of COVID-19/Coronavirus in given areas of the US and throughout other countries around the world.

In an effort to protect its Members and their respective real estate clients, Luxury Home Tour, Inc. ("LHTI") has established its own guidelines and requirements related to COVID-19/Coronavirus.

Prior to attending any LHT meeting and/or tour of properties (collectively, "Luxury Home Tour"), LHTI Members will be required to initial/sign the LHTI COVID-19/Coronavirus Liability Waiver and Release – Member form. In addition to being a liability waiver and release, this form will also serve as the LHTI Member's certification regarding said LHTI Member's potential recent exposure to COVID-19/Coronavirus and/or its symptoms.

Prior to having a property included on the Luxury Home Tour, a property owner will be required to initial/sign the LHTI COVID-19/Coronavirus Liability Waiver and Release – Property Owner form. In addition to being a liability waiver and release, this form will also serve as the property owner's certification regarding potential recent exposure to COVID-19/Coronavirus and/or its symptoms by said property owner and/or any/all occupants of the property.

I, the undersigned, hereby understand that, in order to attend/participate in the Luxury Home Tour, I voluntarily do so, at my own risk, related to COVID-19/Coronavirus. Furthermore, I hereby understand, voluntarily agree, and truthfully confirm the following:
